Another no-brainer look for our last stay in Puerto Galera. What I love the most about this piece is that it can be a maxi dress or maxi skirt ( That’s why I entitled this post Top Down . lols 😛 ). Cinch it with a belt to accentuate my waist and tadah! – another breezy & chic outfit. 😀
